Sanjiv is a 25-year veteran of the interactive industry. His leadership, experience, insights, vision, and innovative approach help his clients, partners, and employees realize measurable success. His expertise is providing tailored strategy and impactful solutions while accounting for success factors like business objectives, technology landscape, audience, and stakeholders. He has steered large organizations and multi-billion dollar brands to achieve greater efficiency and profitability by embracing and adapting technology to fit their needs.

Pinky has partnered with large organizations over the past 13 years, providing business consultancy in product launches, brand strategy, and business development. She has driven billion-dollar brands within large organizations to achieve profitability and cost efficiencies by adapting to clients’ needs and strategies that fit within their business model. Pinky has extensive experience in the spaces of oncology, dermatology, neurology, gastrointestinal, OTC, and consumer goods. From her extensive background, Pinky brings an acumen in finance and a partnership approach that lead to measurable and actionable conclusions.

Nancy is an award-winning creative professional with over 20 years of experience creating and building brands. She began her career at a legendary agency creating ads in categories such as telecommunications, financial services, and consumer packaged goods. Her vast experience translated to patient and HCP marketing where she worked on neurology brands before moving on to oncology. Most recently, Nancy was one of the founders of an agency formed to launch a blockbuster immunotherapy drug. She spent the last 5 years growing the brand and the company—overseeing the art side of multiple launches, collaborating with clients, and mentoring staff.

Dave has spent his career in creative advertising and technology, leading small creative shops and big network agencies as a change agent—driving talent and creative product in a more digital-first direction. After working in a broad range of categories from anti-retrovirals to bronchiectasis and cancer to diabetes, Dave cofounded a software-as-a-service (SaaS) start-up aimed at helping agencies manage their use of an agile workforce in more systematic, codified ways. A few years later, his entrepreneurial spirit brought him to MDash—working to help pharmaceutical brands benefit from a new agency model focused on technology, cross-strategy, and innovative, creative ideas.

Lizz has more than a decade of experience as a copywriter, merging science and creative to create compelling narratives that have led to several successful campaigns and launches for multiple healthcare brands. Her experience spans therapeutic categories, including but not limited to oncology, rheumatology, hematology, diabetes, dermatology, nutrition, cardiology, pain management, reproductive and women's health—from high science to vitamins and everything in-between.

Kristina has spent a decade in pharmaceutical advertising, starting with a brief stint in IT before leaping into the editorial world. Since then, she’s done HCP and patient work in therapeutic areas including metastatic breast cancer, melanoma, RCC, AML, CLL, NSCLC, hemophilia, acromegaly, and Cushing’s disease. Kristina is transfixed by the creative marriage of editorial and operations in a fast-paced work environment, leading her editorial team through a mix of six launches in the last three years while tackling prelaunch tactics for three other brands.

Christie has worked in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry for 20 years. She began her career working for the Human Genome Project, but her love of the science and marketing brought her to pharmaceutical advertising. Christie has in-depth experience in the oncology space, having worked on brands in immuno-oncology, breast cancer, lymphoma, myeloma, MDS, leukemia, and TKIs with multiple indications. She has also dipped her feet into many non-oncology brands in the therapeutic areas of glaucoma, infectious disease, dementia, diabetes, depression, rheumatoid arthritis, and pain. Prior to entering the advertising industry, Christie held a Manhattan sales position for Myriad Genetics’ BRCA1 and BRCA2 genetic testing for women at high risk for hereditary breast cancer. In this capacity, she worked with oncologists, surgical oncologists, OB/GYNs, and internal medicine specialists.

Five years ago, Dan was one of two project managers chosen to leave their current agency and embark on the creation of a brand-new agency dedicated to the success of a multi-indication blockbuster oncology drug. Over the last few years, he led or played an integral part in all launches for that drug as the agency’s assistant director of project management. His most notable roles include launching each trial of this drug’s lung cancer indication, overseeing efficiency and consistency across all launches, and acting as external relationship lead across all agency partners. After developing the project management department from the initial two to a team of twelve, he embarked on a new adventure and joined the MDash team in February. Dan is excited to bring his launch experience to this developing, young agency.
